Attendees and Company Reps have wondered how we are going to top last year’s Insurance Expo.We did it! This year's theme ... "Mardi Gras: Let the Good Times Roll!"

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?

It's a weekend of non-stop action and education designed especially for the Independent Insurance Industry.

Check out these features:

Hotel Reservations at Embassy Suites:
Rooms still available on Thursday & Friday nights but Saturday night at Embassy Suites is full.
You might luck out and get some other group's room block cancellation. It's worth a try!

Embassy Suites Online Reservations

But if there's no availability at Embassy Suites ...
AIANC has negotiated a great rate with 2 brand-new hotels that have been built literally in Embassy Suites parking lot.

One day - only attendees pay as little as $69 for Trade Fair & 3 hours non-CE seminars.

Free Trade Fair

Insurance Agents & CSRs are invited to visit the Trade Fair even if not registered for IE2009. It will be open Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Affordability

The cost to both Exhibitors and Attendees is unmatched in this industry. Where else do you get so much for so little? We’ve balanced each day’s activities to allow anyone in the industry to attend for one or both days and still be able to maximize the most from their time and money.

Exhibitors / Sponsors

AIANC Membership has its advantages!

AIANC Corporate members pay only $395 for an 8' X 10' piped & draped booth, 6’ table, two chairs and wastebasket.

Additional company personnel may attend and enjoy all activities for only $50 (to cover lunches)!
